Non-Returnable Items
- Given the sensitive nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with during transit, you may request a replacement. To do so, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at care@harikundan.com with details and proof of the damage.
- After 48 hours of receipt, requests related to damaged, broken, or tampered items will not be entertained.
- Replacement requests are subject to review, and the final decision on replacement eligibility rests with Harikundan Healthcare.
